Glonax operates a hospitality staffing program that offers you casual and monthly work at partner venues. Being admitted to the program does not guarantee a minimum number of shifts, hours, or earnings. Work is offered as it becomes available and is subject to your skills, availability, and conduct.

Admission requires a one-off, non-refundable registration fee of KES 1,000. The fee covers onboarding, verification, and administration of your account. It is separate from, and not an advance on, any pay you earn. Your account is activated for shifts only after the fee is confirmed.

You agree to check in and check out for every shift through the Glonax app at the assigned venue. Check-in uses your device location and a selfie to confirm your presence. Repeatedly failing to check in, checking in from outside the venue, or no-shows may result in removal from the program.

You agree to arrive on time, in the required attire, and to follow the lawful instructions and standards of the venue you are placed at. You will treat guests, venue staff, and fellow workers with respect and will not attend a shift under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Approved shifts are paid to your registered mobile money number at the agreed casual daily rate or monthly salary. Glonax retains a service fee of 10% of your pay, and you receive the balance. Payment follows approval of your timesheet. You are responsible for keeping your mobile money number accurate; Glonax is not liable for payments sent to a number you provided in error.

You consent to Glonax collecting and processing the personal information you provide — including your name, contact details, photo, check-in location, and selfies — for the purpose of running the program, verifying attendance, and paying you. Your information is not sold and is shared with partner venues only as needed to place you on shifts.

Either you or Glonax may end your participation in the program at any time. On removal, you stop receiving new offers, but your completed shift and payment history is retained for records. The registration fee is not refunded on exit.
