Account & Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your Glonax Rota account and the personal information associated with it at any time. This page explains how to make the request, what we delete, and the limited records we are legally required to keep.
How to request deletion
Send a deletion request to info@glonaxltd.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line “Delete my Glonax Rota account”. Alternatively, call us on +254783517561.
Please include, so we can verify it is really you:
- your full name as registered;
- the email address and phone number on your account.
We verify every request against the account before acting on it, so that no one can delete your data but you.
What happens next
We acknowledge your request within a few business days and complete verified deletions within 30 days. We will email you to confirm once your account has been closed and your data deleted.
What we delete
On a verified request we permanently delete:
- your account and login credentials;
- your profile details — name, email, phone, and mobile money number;
- your check-in selfies and the location points captured with them;
- your applications to offers and other data that personally identifies you.
Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered, and you will no longer be able to sign in or receive shift offers.
What we may retain
We may keep a limited set of records where the law requires it or to resolve disputes and prevent fraud — for example, payment and timesheet records needed for tax and accounting. Where we retain such records, we keep only what is necessary and, wherever possible, disconnect them from information that directly identifies you. These records are held for the period required by Kenyan law and then deleted.
